Returns and Refunds

Hassle-free exchanges!

We hope you love our products in the first go. However, if for some reason you aren’t happy with the size or style, breathe easy. Please send us a request to return it within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for a better one.

However, we are unable to exchange customised products and shirts.

Note: Any pieces bought on sale or discounted prices cannot be exchanged or returned.

What if I want to return or exchange my product (Prints, Decor and Stationery)?

All products are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of the delivery. The product to be returned or exchanged should be accompanied by:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached. 
  • Invoice Copy of the Product

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund can be approved. If approved, rest assured, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Returns/ Refunds  or exchanges are not applicable for any customised products.

Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for return or exchange.

What if I want to return or exchange my Bespoke Shirts?

We hope you love our shirt and it fits well in the first go, but if there is an issue with the sizing, do not panic. Please send us a request to return it within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for a better fit.

However, SOAWN Bespoke Shirts cannot be refunded

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each SOAWN shirt, which form a part of our Wearable Artwork collection. As a brand policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the SOAWN Bespoke Shirt is sold it can only be exchanged for replacement or a credit note.

In case of a return request, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and a credit note/ store credit will be issued.

Returns/ Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for any customised shirts

I have received a damaged product. What should I do ?

Please do not worry on the rare occasion that it happens, please drop us a mail at springonawintersnight@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. 

Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

How can I cancel my order ?

Please mail us at springonawintersnight@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. 

When do I get my refund for the cancelled order ?

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7- 10 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
