Once ordered it will take 3-7 days for your product to be shipped. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know the goods have been sent.

Since these are only one-of-a-kind products, we do not offer exchanges on them.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will give you details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned with the original packaging they arrived in along with any tags if attached.
